I was recently advised to replace incredimail as my deault e - mail which i did, i then tried as far as i can tell to remove all traces of incredimail but every time i start up my computer an incredimail instalation icon appears on my desk top, can you help me get rid, thanks.

right click the shortcut icon and select properties then it will show you the install program click find target to go to the program directory( should be under windows\temp). You can then either delete the program or the directory.
