Hi,
We have a Lexmark X 1130 Printer and we want to clean it (the internals that is).
We have been told that if we get poor, grainy quality photos, which we have at present, then the best way to correct this is to put the printer into clean mode but have forgotten how to do it!!
Help please,
Chris

Sorry to be a tw.. "pcwork" but when I right click on the properties there are NO threads to "clean". That is the problem. I'm stuck.
Sometimes the "clean" options are only present if you've installed the full printer software rather than just the relevant driver. Check for a "Lexmark" program in your list, if there's not one there it may be worth checking your install disc/Lexmark's site for a utility. Mind you, I'm not convinced that my old Lexmark had a "clean" function.
