You cant!! outlook express is only a email handling programme. you need to go to the web site that handles your e mail

Your ISP web site for instance if they provide your e mail address.

That is one reason I use gmail - it fetches up to five different email address, from my isp and other email addresses, and can be accessed from any pc in the world.
