my home computer is quite slow, and can't support the regular versions of yahoo messenger. At the bottom of the messenger.yahoo.com page, there was a link to a version of yahoo messenger that didn't need any downloading, a sort of yahoo messenger 'lite'. I've been using it for about a week or so, and it was fine although a little slow. Last night I went to messenger.yahoo.com and the link had disappeared? Is this part of a global conspiracy to stop me chatting? Or have yahoo just decided that people with slow computer don't matter? How can I chat again?
ya what you're looking for is Web Messenger, it is on the left hand side at messenger.yahoo.com. That is only really intended for use at libraries and such.. Yahoo messenger really should run on your computer though.. if not try http://gaim.sourceforge.net/
