Firefox Adblock

I've just started using Firefox browser and am quite impressed but still have much to discover. Can someone please explain the four Adblock options and the differences between them -
Adblock image
Adblock iframe (2 deep)
Adblock frame and
Adblock image
(Yes, 'Adblock image' does appear twice.)

Ignore these options, you shouldn't have to deal with them. These are just for telling adblock what to block, and require a tiny knowledge of HTML.

BTW, I'd recommend you use Adblock Plus and not just Adblock.
