I have a white circle which has appeared at the bottom right of my screen beside the volume icon etc. When I rest the cursor over it it says mobile doctor installer. It doesn't appear on a list of programmes and \i get a window which keeps flashing up showing the amount of time that things have been downloading but nothing actualy IS downloading. I think it may be slowing things up a bit but don't know how to get rid!!

Is Google getting too intrusive?
