CPU - Whats up

hmm today I took out my cpu to put some grease on it and when I put the cpu back in,I tried to turn the system on but only the fans were working.monitor light was orange.I tried another cpu and PSU but still the same. when I turn the power on the cpu doesn't get hot at all,its like theres no power going to the cpu
