windows media problem
when ripping discs to the media library i cant use the option that searches the net for the album's track listing and so on. it says the computer needs to be connected to the internet, but it already is. this facility used to work and i'm not at all sure how i lost it. anyone? just checked a recent post which advised re-starting media palyer how do i do this?

Go into your firewall's 'program settings'. You'll probably find that Windows Media Player is denied access to the internet. Simply follow the appropriate procedure to change the setting. (With Zone Alarm, click on the red cross and change it to a green tick. With some other firewalls you need to right-click on the barred program and select 'allow access').
