How can I change an email in outlook?

How can i edit the details in an email received from its original sender that has been receied via outlook express.

is there a way it can be done so it still looks like the email came from that person etc. or can i have the option to completly change all the details.

but it must look as though it came from the original sender.

not like it has been forwarded.

If you forward it you can then alter ANYTHING you like and then send.I'm not too sure if that's what you are asking!
