Forbidden access 403 you were denied access because access denied by access control list

when connecting to tiscali for broadband can connect ok using there modem but have fitted wireless router 2wire which gave me access until after 3 reboots it gave above message so i downloaded firefox which worked same ammount of time same message again.
But get same message when modem plugged in on ffirefox but ok on IE have spent hours and hours on this please help!!

I think for some odd reason your connection is trying to connect by dial up modem.

Try this:

Start - control panel - network and internet connections - set up or change your internet connections

In the 'connections' tab make sure the 'never dial a connection' is ticked.

Then switch everything off at the plug sockets - then switch back on in this EXACT order after waiting at least a minuter:

Modem...wait another minute
Router...wait
Pcs and laptops.
