All your anti spyware doesnt seemed to have worked either. I have had a similar problem in the past but I used AVG anti spyware and ad-aware; problem solved.
You could always uninstall IE and then reinstall a 'clean' version.
Also, check your program files for any suspicious folders.

That sounds like a trojan downloader. Its most likly that the trojan has done the following:
* Changed your homepage
* Put some stuff in your registry [ under internet explorer]
* Added some suspicious files to internet explorer.
Check not only IE program files but also check your application data.
documents and settings>YourUsername>
Check for any suspicious files there.
systemsecurity.com
Also my advice is get a firewall.

There are different version of redirector programs. You've probably accidentally clicked on a link that has allowed the program to change something on your PC.
What's the program and website?
Here are some suggestions:
Suggestion 1
Go to Tools -> Internet Explorer -> General
Change the homepage address to http://www.google.co.uk/ or whatever.
Click apply.
Suggestion 2
Check the properties of your internet explorer link
It should be something like "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"
The program may have included something after the .EXE
Suggestion 3
Try downloading CCleaner
Suggestion 4
Try downloading HiJack This
Hope this helps.

Well if you don't want to have to restore again use Firefox pop ups, hijackers and most spyware become an historical event
Download here
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/fire fox/
It's free and the best web browser by far you can keep Internet explorer as well ifyou're feeling nostalgic
BTW Hijack this would have shown up the problem which you could then have zapped
