windows media player 11

when playing songs on wmp.how do i get the length of each song to appear.as it does not show up at all.thanks

In Tools - View columns, make sure 'length' is ticked

Ethel i've just loaded WMP 11 on another laptop...i use 9 on mine.

Where's the tools button...i can't find it...only Now Playing/Library/Rip etc...

bekka there should be a small square next to the Search facility, top right corner; that's where you'll find the layout options.

When you are in 'library' tools is along the top, near the left side of the screen.

I like the old tried and tested so I'll stay with 9 on mine...they wanted 11 on theirs so they can sort it (mutter mutter) :))))
