Brother Printer ink cartridge problems
2 Answers
Hi, I have recently changed my printers ink cartridges, they've been working without a problem for a week or so - however, now my printer refuses to print and tells I have run out of the ink (all of the colours too!)
What should I do to rectify this problem, I have been told never to remove and then reinsert to ink cartridges (don't know why) but as I know the ink is newly installed there must be something wrong!
Any suggestions please?

Neither do I! Sounds like the sensor has got confused. Remove the cartridges just as if you were replacing them and pop them back in. If it still says out of ink take them back to the shop. Or, if you know someone who has the same printer as you, get them to try your cartridges to see if they have the same error.
