From the pc that the printer is connected to (assuming Windows XP):

Start - control panel - printers - view installed printers

Click on the printer
Don't know what happened there, half a post!

Click on the printer, then click 'share this printer' in the left hand panel

I am also assuming you have your network properly set up, with all pcs having the same workgroup name and so on.

If that doesn't work - you need to install the printer drivers on the other pcs.
To continue ethel's answer (which is correct as far as it goes)

I suspect you possibly meant a wireless connection directly to the printer?

there are a surprising number of home printers with wireless capabilities (mainly lexmark) for not much money

the other option would be to get yourself a wireless print adapter

(but most of them actually cost more than the lexmark)

some routers have a print server port built in ... and many printers have an ethernet port which will connect directly to the router's hub.

I'm sure I've also seen a printer which will take a standard wireless dongle ... but I just can't remember which it was.

any of the above have the advantage that you don't need the PC connected to the printer switched on all the time.
