WinSock Error 0

When I try to send an email from Calypso on a new pc running Vista, although the email seems to get sent ok, I get an error message saying, among other things
"Sending message successful
Disconnecting successful
Failed to send message
Sendrecv.c [215] Smtp.dll
recv[] failed
WINSOCK Error: Error No: 0"

and the message gets put into the pending folder, not the sent folder.
Can anyone please help?

At a guess Calypso is just not compatible with Vista - there is a free replacement available, but whether that's compatible,I don't know (I've just downloaded it to test it on my Vista machine). More info here:

Well, I've just installed and run Courier and it works fine - if you download and register now, it's free.
