Can anyone tell me how to get rid of all my spy and adware including Bleeding Mirar toolbar and it's band of horrors without having to pay for it. My pc is going ape and me with it!!!!!!

You could go to http://www.lavasoft.com and download the free version of Adaware. That should shift it.
