Pic's into shapes

I wish to make shapes ie. Stars, Squares, Assorted, anyone know of a programme that can do it? Preferably free?

You just wish to draw stars and squares? Microsoft paint will allow you to do that. It comes free with every PC.

You can do that in word. Draw the shape, right click on it and choose 'format auto shape'. Then choose colour...fill effects...picture...and browse to the pic you want to insert.

You need to make sure that the drawing toolbar is visible (view -toolbars-drawing) Then select the Autoshapes and there are ots of shapes ie stars, hearts squares etc click on the one you want then drag the crossed shaped cursor to the size you want. You can then right click on the shape to format it You can even insert pictures by using the drop down menu at colour then select fill effects

Do you have a photo editor perhaps one that came with your camera I have an Olympus and I can edit photos in their Camedia program the trick is to crop the picture so the middle of the photo is the bit you want in the middle of your star . I have just tried it and this works Remember to save your cropped image with a diferent name.
