Windows update problems

My computer which runs windows Vista gets automatic updates. Yesterday there were a few updates all of them downloaded and installed successfully except the following:
Update for windows vista(K8942763) I get the error code 80070643 . When I clicked on the help button it said that this code was for windows office which I have not got . the update is classified as important . any ideas as to what I can do ? :-D

I suspect you mean KB942763 which is an update to the Windows Time Zone system< you will find details and a manual download here:

Thank you for replying. You were right that it was a B and not an 8 .My eyesight was playing up. I went to that link but did not have much luck. the alternative vaildification method said out of date download later version. I already have the update I need it just wont install and keeps telling me updates are available I am in England do I really need this update?:-D
