general error

i'm trying to get a site but keep getting told "a general error has occurred". i never had this problem with xp but now have vista. anyone have any thoughts about this?

I'm using XP and can access it just now. Never heard of an OS specific webpage though. Can I suggest you try a reboot and try again?

by the way, i shd hv mentioned ... this seems to have something to do with realplayer.

This, as you suspect, seems to be a realplayer issue. try their customer page, some links in the attached

Uninstall the real real player
install this alternative

First, my apologies for being so tardy in thanking y'all. I was called away yesterday and have only just returned to the keyboard. Thank you again. Between you I seem to have sorted the problem and the site in question again is working fine.
