pc won't boot up

my pc won't boot up until i press the reset button, then it works fine. any ideas why, its only 12 months old

12 months? Many people think that they're lucky if they can get Windows to run properly for 12 days before something major goes wrong ;-)

Try running System Restore. (That's what it's there for):
