Deal or No Deal PC Game

I was sooooo excited about playing this as I am DOND's no1 fan practically. It doesn't work on my computer- I understand that because it is 98 and it only works on XP.

It doesn't work on the XP computer downstairs either which it said only works on XP and Vista

When I tried installing it - it came up with the words:

Cannot install file "gamesettings.ini

Can anyone identify the problem?
