third party insurance offer �3750-00
i have suffered with lumbago in the past, was in a car shunt 15 months since then have suffered with recurring back pain on different side from my lumbago the other party insurance co 2nd offer was �3750-00 my solicitor as informed me that it is unlikely but they could reduce the offer if they delve into my medical history they will also request i see a specialist in back injuries i have nothing to hide but would appreciate any other advice

You will certainly have to see a back specialist of the other side's choice and he could say that your back pain was going to happen whether you had the accident or not in light of the lumbago, and probably your age.
If that does happen you will have to see a back specialist of your choice to argue differently. As back pain is notoriously difficult to prove or disprove this will be difficult.
Have you had any loss of earnings or other losses as a direct result of the accident? For example, are you paying somebody to do jobs you would have done yourself 16 months ago?
