Opening Firefox

I am runing Vista on my laptop and found that Internet Explorer crashed regularly so i also installed Firefox which seems more reliable.

Recently I have had a problem opening Firefox. I tried re-installing which helped for a while but now it is happening again.
Any ideas?

You'd be much more likely to get useful advice if you explained exactly what you mean by that...

Rojash, I have a shortcut to Firefox in the task bar and also on the desktop. Neither will work even when I right click and click 'open'.
