MP3 doesn't play on opening website.....................

.............website set up on an Apple using DreamWeaver. Embedded MP3 to play on opening the site. Anybody have any idea why it plays on some PCs but not others. Otherwise site runs fine on all PCs. I guess there's a plugin missing on these machines. Any ideas much appreciated.

embedded music ..... the only thing worse is a 20 minute flash introduction with no text bypass option.

My guess wouldn't be a missing plugin ... it would be a loose screw
