Duplicate e-mails

Just changes ISP from Orange to Sky and now I receive dupicate e-mails....Any help please?,..Telboy

Have you properly terminated your 'Orange' e-mail account?

Make a call to their tekkies - if you are still registered, you can still be charged - the responsibility to terminate your account is yours, not theirs.

Orange phoned and said I was no longer with them. Do I need to do anything on my PC as I still receive e-mails from my freeserve address?

Say thanks, I intend to change soon and I would like to continue to receive my old emails for a reasonable time without paying.
