hi, just bought one of these machines, having terrible trouble. it will not load all the software, I did get it going, printed a couple of sheets, showed ink was full, then went to ink low next time I used it, now 2 red ink low lights flashing and all other lights staying on. tried the kodak web-site, but cant find the symptoms listed, only buy new ink jets, but they cant be empty after two pages, and still cant download software from kodak on web, or load from disc.
any ideas?(running windows xp)
