Go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com, read the instructions on the homepage about creating an account. Then go to the Forums tab and look down the list for the "HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal" forum.

Read the pinned thread at the top entitled "Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log", do everything they tell you to do in there - it will take a couple of hours. Then follow all the instructions there and one of the guys will help you out usually within 24 hours. They're brilliant and will walk you through it in the most basic language if that's what you need.

there is nothing rong with downloading music. Just make sure that you don't run any exe files. Folow the instructions on avg for deleting the trojan. Then download mozilla firefox and never use ie again.
Look at the security section of www.download.com and use their recommended products especially adaware
