Many thanks for advice vehelpfullguy on the question IE6 & 7 I have now installed IE7 and firefox. Going to take me the rest of my life to understand the new formats..
Is it a case of using the first browser that happens to take my fancy on any given day or to say banking use fire, surfing use IE7 and emails on IE6 Tia

Been using it for several years now. Safe as houses and fully customiseable with addons extensions and themes.

I too have been using Firefox for years. It's the only browser I use regularly, although I do use IE now and again to keep familiar with it.
I use an extension called IE Tab for the very few sites that do not work properly with Firefox, and have no problems whatsoever.
I also use the Adblock Plus extension so I can't see the ads on this and other sites.
