help needed please! I have AVG and had no problems for years

well had some but managed to fix them ok, anyhow there is a problem everytime i open my documents a quicktime warning appears, and when i close it it reapears etc and sometimes everthing in documents dissapear! anyhow ran a scan and it found the threat, and says its deleted it etc, but when i went into my documents again its still there, what do i do now! any help or suport on this would be great!

Run a full scan in safe mode. Run spybot and adaware as well.
