unknown trojan virus

i was trying to watch a video on the internet and now i have a system erroe pop up that says i have an unknown troajn virus i have tried many scanners to try and get rid of it but with no luck had anybody got any ideas?

Is it your antivirus telling you there is a problem or just a popup from the internet? How is your computer running? Is only on that particular webpage or at any miscelaneous time?

the antivirus is saying there is nothing there although when i ran a scan with spyhunter it detected something that said trojan.fakealert. the pop up is mainy when im on the internet everyime i click on something. it is especially bad when i go onto google, it brings up pornographic sites instead of what im searching for. the computer is very slow too.

download spybot search and destroy
and lavasoft's ad-aware

run them both

its all fixed now we got someone to do it for us as it seemed the virus was taking over and the whole computer was effected
