Everytime i keep clicking onternet explorer, i get a box coming up saying, The publisher could not be verified. are you sre you want to run this software.
Name:s\appdata\local\temp\low\updac46.tmp.exe
I clcked rn once and says it was updates so i run it but it still keeps coming up can i stop this in anyway or can someone help me.

Especially when I googled that file and the only result was for this topic.

It looks like spyware. There are several references to files called ~46.tmp.exe
eg Here:

It says it is self replicating so deleting it from the temporary files folder will not help - you will have to download something to help you get rid of it.
It is just as well that you get alerts because it is obviously trying to run every time you use IE. Without that you wouldn't be asking here. Good luck in getting rid of it.

Those ~46.tmp files are a different kettle of fish. You see them in groups, not singles and they never have letters before them.
