I need to send a lot of photos in an email but they are taking forever to send and are massive when the recipient opens the email. Is there some way that I can send them in a smaller format/way. Even better, I have them all in one file saved in "My Pictures" - is there some way that I can send the whole file instead of individual pictures? Not too complicated answers please! Thanks
What you need to use is a file host.
Basically, you upload you're file to them and they give you a link to that file.
You then send that link to all the people you would like to have a copy of you're file and they download it.
Just google 'file host' or a popular one is 'rapidshare'
These are free but they will try to get you to sign up for a premium account which offers unlimited etc. etc. etc.
Hope this helps.
Colin.
Re above answer - try this link http://www.flickr.com/tour/
It is a free service with a 100 Mb monthly limit. A larger limit is available on subscription.
If your pictures all in (my pictures) just highlight the ones you need to send and down left hand side under " file and folder tasks" click on email this file and your photos will be reduced in size for emailing
