Sending e-mail by phone.

At present I have an LG U830 mobile phone, but am unable to take a photo and send it by e-mail to my pc. I never had this problem with my 2 previous mobiles which were both LG,s. Can anyone help? Thank you.
prev googlemail cannot access mail box
  
next copying from DVD-RW to computer?? then to DVD

i don't have the same phone as you so don't know if this will help.
I was unable to send a photo so I rang customer services. They told me to send a photo to myself first. It worked after that.
