internet connection

problem with wireless connection...can get internet when connected by cable connection.... but when i connect to router it disconnects from internet...... this is a new router...it has been working fine then just went off......any help please ..but please please keep it simple i am very new to this

try unplugging router from mains count to 30 plug back in might work but will not harm anyway

good luck with this, mines been doing the same for weeks, isp say everything ok their end, laptop manufacturer say laptop ok and it must be my settings (like you im new to this and i wouldnt even know how to change any settings). can you phone your ISP technical support and ask them to go through some troubleshooting with you. ..... my curiosity has got the better of me now, who is your ISP and what model router you have?....
