computer prank

hey, one of my flatmates, bit of a geek, has done something to my computer, but i dont know what!! examples of the things he said he was gunna do: make it so when i turn my computer on, it automatically turned itself off. stuff like that!!

my question, is there anyway, and if so how, of viewing recent commands that the computer may have been given.? any help/info wud be much appreciated!!

nah wouldn't trust myself... my knowledge of computers is limited to the basics, and i wud probably knacker his computer.

i just wanna no if theres any way of knowing what he might have done?! so i can be one step ahead!

It would appear that he`s disabled your spellchecker for starters! ;o)

it could be that he might have changed the hibernate settings or the power off hard drives after 20 minutes. Go to control panel and check the power options and see if any of them are set to turn off after so long. Hope this helps.

And a word of advice to keep the ****** off, put a password on the machine then you'll be 20 steps ahead, coz he won't get in. Comprende?
