Is this graphics card good enough for Call Of Duty 4

Is a NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 256MB better than a Radeon X600 and will it run on my Dell Dimension 5150 and will it run Call Of Duty 4 without any problems.

The 8400gs is slightly better and will run according to the minimum system requirements.Might have to have everything set to minimum though.
Dells are very picky with what cards will and won't run and it is quite complicated.
Best phone Dell support and ask if the cards compatable,though personally i would buy a dearer one.

CPU.. pentium 4 2.4ghz or AMD athlon 64 2800+
GPU .. Nvidia 6600 or AMD 9800 pro
RAM... 512mb or 768mb for Vista

personaly if i were you i would not change from an ATI card will have a nightmare trying to remove the drivers to replace them with the NVIDIA ones.

get a 1900xt or a 1950xt there around the �100 mark and very good value for money.

but the simple answer to your question is yes it will but not spectacularly.

It's good to test if your computer can run a game. People say its rubbish, but it really isnt. I use it all the time ;)
