hi there i posted a question last night about my new laptop just an update i manged to sort the wireless but im still having having trouble downloading msn why cant i do this on windows vistas??????????? please help its driving me mad

If you switch off your firewall can you download it?

ethel i managed 2 download msn but when it comes to signing in the msn its saying that mayb the firewall is stopping it i have turned it off and its still doing i have windows firewall and norton if u know how to turn this off wld u beable to explain it to me just incase i have been doing it wrong thanxs

Ah - I would guess it is Norton. But you definitely should not have two firewalls running at the same time.

I have never used Norton so can't advise about that, sorry

i have windows firewall 2 this vista is way to complicated for me lol but thanxs for the help ne way
