You can get a 60GB on Ebay for 29.99+ 5.95 postage. If it`s any help it looks just like the one I bought for 5 more and mine`s very good. I doubt if you`ll find cheaper.
Search google - there are hundreds of sellers out there.

Can't understand why you want such a small one though - my portable external (usb powered) is 250gb and very small.
I bought a Phillips External Hard-drive from Argos for 80. It seems a bit expensive but it's 500gb and I've managed to get everything from my PC onto it. It's a doddle to set up too-just plug and go. I'd recommend it.
Couple of things to bear in mind ....
in terms of "sweet" sizes 160(2.5) -320 (3.5) are about the cheapest per bite

for about an extra tenner you could jump from 80 - 160gb
DABS is by no means the cheapest but is a starting point.

(also consider maplins - they have a "clearence sale" about every two weeks! ... and save yourself postage)

if it's for moving data ... any drive will do ... if it's for storing valued files ... (use CD/DVD!) - it's worth spending a few quid extra and get a recognised name. which will contain a real hdd ... not a cheapo "no name" disc.
