Outlook Express?
3 Answers
Some weeks ago I was given advice on how to alter the size of the Text, particularly for printing Incoming Mail. Despite my best efforts, which don't amount to much, I can't make any change. However something which I did not mention has been happening with with increasing frequency. I am receiving the following: "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience" The file included in the Error Report is C:\DOCUME~1\demo\LOCALS~1 and, amid the gobbledegook, the only code I can find is: Code Oxc 0000005. Does this mean anything and can it be connected with my original query? Thank you.

As you're probably aware, you can view your emails with larger text simply by going to View > Text size and selecting 'Larger' or 'Largest'. However, as you seem to have found out, the mail still prints out at the ordinary size. The way to get the mail to print out larger is as follows:
Close Outlook Express.
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to View > Text size.
Select 'Larger' or 'Largest'.
Close Internet Explorer (Optional).
Open Outlook Express.
You mails will now both display and print in the larger format.
