EMail problem

Can anyone solve this problem.My friend has been sending EM by Incredimail to a friend in USA for ages.Suddenly when he sends one he gets the message cannot deliver this EM for a problem.All his other Em s go no problem except this one.The addtess is correct as I have sent Ems to it from my comp.The only way he can contact is by The J lawson card site ann this is using the same address so whats up?
