system restore
my s r always says your system cannot be restored no changes have been made, can this be fixed? cheers for the help

I think System Restore is optional and can be turned on and off.
Maybe you have it turned off so it is not taking any restore points ?

quickest way is right click my computer
properties | system restore
turn it off .... reboot
now go back and switch it back on - adjust anything that needs it .... and it should be ok
