web page will not shut down

when i go to shut the page down it just go's blank then i have to press ctrl alt delete then it shuts down if i don't it just slows the pc right down

you might possibly have a virus, scan your computer for virus using kaspersky trial and if you have one get rid of it

if not then it could be the web browser

i reccomend using mozilla firefox or apple safari

apple safari is the fastest web browser around
