BT Hone Hub Wireless
5 Answers
Can anyone help? We have tried the BT helpdesk based in India and they are useless.
We've just replaced our BT hub with a new one, after the last one stopped working. Whilst we can get broadband connection, the wireless connection isn't there.
The hub is showing the power light, broadband light and phone light as all being on, but the wireless light is off, which I would assume means it's disabled. Neither of our laptops can detect any wireless connection anymore.
Does anyone know why? Incidentally, our old hub has a phone charger base, for the BT phone to sit on and be charged. This new hub, is smaller and they have not supplied the charging base, the old base has different connectors, so will not fit.
Thanks
