Not aware of any hifi, but it's possible to download a free programme called Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net) which records what's playing through your computer's speakers. If you can listen to your radio programme through your computer you can then record them directly onto your hard-drive and then write them to CD. Hope this helps.
Another way is to record them onto a DVD recorder from freeview etc.
