distorted colour photo prints picasa

Using a canon S830D printer and Picasa,prints are coming out with a very strong green cast.The same files print correctly in Adobe elements and other programmes.Printer produces correct nozzle check pattern.Have tried re-installing printer.Anyone else had this problem and/or found an answer?
