Thinking of changing from Tiscali to Sky

I am thinking of changing my broadband to SKY along with the phone also - to save money (we have Sky+ TV already). Has anyone else done this? Can anyone recommend Sky Broadband? The only thing stopping me is that if we have any problems setting it up.. as problems with internet access and email drive me into a RAGE! I find it so incredibly frustrating when things go wrong or are hard to set up.

I went from Tiscali to Sky and yes it was cheaper but should you have a problem, it's takes at least 30 mins to get through to technical support, which you have to pay national rates for the privilege of. We did have a few problems but overall the connection was fine, it was just their customer service that let them down!

i went from bt, (customer service was abysmal) it was so expensive to sky and it went very smoothly, and so far had no problems, and so much cheaper
