Mozilla FireFox Add-On Help with downloads

Hey, I just got the add-on for Fire Fox which allows me to download any video from a page which I did, but it has saved the videos as .html's, so when I open them, they open up in Internet Explorer and not iTunes. How can I convert them to a MP4 format, as I have downloaded multiple converters, and none can convert .html to .mp4. The Firefox add-on is called 'DownloadThemAll!" and it was one of the recommended add-ons from the Mozilla official website.
