Help with broadcast email needed

I'm looking for a way for anyone within an email group to address everyone else within that group just by sending an email to a single email address, a bit like Yahoo newsgroups I suppose..
At present everyone in our group has everyone else's email address and they currently c.c. all others in the group with their messages, which strikes me as being rather clumsy.
Some folk have created email Groups within OE to make this task more straightforward but they still need to add new contacts to their individual Group in OE when new members join (we circulate new email addresses to everyone in the group).
Ideally what I'd like to do is add everyone's emails to a group address (and new members, when they join) so if anyone wants to mail the group they can just fire off an email to the group address (e.g. [email protected] or some such). Anyone know how we can accomplish this?
Sorry about the length of the post, and the fact that it probably doesn't translate into English very well :o)

You can then set up an email re-direct with whoever you bought your domain off, redirecting [email protected] to [email protected] and hence on to everyone else.
This shouldn't be too hard, and you can register here.
Buy the domain beermonsters.co.uk, have a server with a static IP and Exchange on it, direct the beermonsters.co.uk MX record to the static IP, create users and distribution groups within exchange then use Outlook Web Access to view mail or have your group download their e-mail via POP3 from your IP address. Simple.
Thanks j2buttonsw that sounds like it'll work a treat. So hang on, I buy the domain and....?
Hmmm.
Ta also tomd - I've gone with your suggestion because the other one made my head hurt and my eyes go funny. I do, somewhat inevitably, have a question. I've got my [email protected] email address redirecting to my [email protected] address. Do I have to get everyone to join the group or can I just add their email addresses into a database or something on Yahoo!?
Sorry, not familiar with this newsgroups jobbie...
As I've now figured it out I'll post the answer here for anyone who finds themselves in the same boat :o)
You can do BOTH. Either invite people to join the group or just manually add their email addresses into the member list of your group (max 10 a day) using the Add Members form (link is at the bottom of the 'invite' page). Easy peasy - thanks again to tomd for being kind enough to move the trees to one side and allowing me to see the wood...
