Laptop Fuji cannot get some of the letters to work

hi , i have a laptop and for some reason the keys with uwhich also has the 4 on the top left hand and the i had the 5 on the top left hand side of the same key et etc i cannot get the letters to work, just keeps typingin the numbers, help pls

Look for a key labelled num lock and press it!!

we pressed the number lock but the light on laptop doesnt seem to go out even when we press it, any ideas pls

wow that is grt.tytyty. one more question pls, i have just connected a router to my pc and connected the laptop, but when i turn the pc off i loose the connection on the laptop, is there anything i can do so the laptop is connected hen on without my pc being on. Thank you
