incompatable browser.???

since updating my antivirus recently ive noticed that when i try to log on or look at facebook,google maps or national rail enquiries i get a message that says "incompatable web browser" where has this suddenly come from and why,?? can anyone help.

update to the latest version of whichever one (or swap to firefox if you don't already use it)
